The AMS3281CLB2 is notable for its large service temperature range, from negative 65 degrees Fahrenheit (-54 Celsius) to 250 degrees Fahrenheit (121 Celsius), and can, in limited cases, go up to 360 degrees Fahrenheit (182 Celsius). This material is meant to fillet seal fuel tanks and other fuselage. This is an extremely lightweight sealant, and can weigh up to twenty percent less than traditional sealants.
